Returns & refunds

For any order or product issue, contact pharmacielondon@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos are helpful where an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Our returns policy

Except where required by applicable consumer law, we do not offer returns or exchanges for non-quality reasons, including a change of mind or size preference. Please review the product description, measurements and ready-to-ship or pre-order status before ordering. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please email us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy. Your legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund remain unaffected. We will cover reasonable return delivery costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect items where required by law.

UK & EU cancellation rights

Where UK or EU distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you may cancel an eligible online purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. For orders delivered in separate instalments, the applicable period generally starts when the final item is received. A standard pre-order is not automatically excluded from these rights.

You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop. Please return it carefully packed, with its tags and original packaging where possible. We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

Returning an item

Email us for the correct return address and instructions before posting. Do not use the sender address printed on the parcel unless we confirm it. Contacting us for instructions does not restrict your statutory cancellation rights or make them subject to approval.

Customers pay the direct cost of returning a non-faulty item, including where a statutory change-of-mind cancellation applies. This does not apply where we are legally responsible for those costs. Please retain proof of postage; a tracked service is recommended.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. For an eligible UK or EU cancellation, we will refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. For a full cancellation, this includes the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option; additional express delivery costs are not refundable unless required by law. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
